Frozen Bell Pepper

<p>A method to freeze and put up bell peppers to use a little at a time for dishes like spaghetti sauce, stir frys, omelettes, etc. This method also works for onions.</p>

1-10 bell peppers

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Wash, cut out stems, cut in half and remove seeds.
  2. dice or cut into 1/2-inch strips or rings.
  3. Freeze in small portions in freezer bags to use as needed.
