Ingredients
1 Yellow Squash, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into chunks
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp ground black pepper, or to your liking
1 tsp cayenne pepper, or to your liking
1 tsp olive or canola oil for grill
1 large square of foil for grilling squash

Step by Step Instructions
  1. 1. Wash yellow squash and zucchini under running warm water for any debris that may be present on them.
  2. Next, while cutting yellow squash and zucchini, preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  3. On a square of aluminum foil, place yellow squash and zucchini. Sprinkle with lemon zest and juice, and butter. Then season with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste. Wrap the aluminum foil over the vegetables.
  4. On preheated grill, cook vegetables about 30 minutes, or until tender.
