Strawberry Cream Pie

<p>This is my families favorite Pie. Since Easter falls right in the middle of strawberry season, I always make these pies to take to our family easter dinner&#8230;It is very light &amp; very refreshing and a wonderful spring time treat&#8230;</p>

Serves: 1 recipe makes 2 pies

16 oz Strawberries (chopped)
16 oz cool whip
1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 Graham Cracker Pie shells

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Mix the Cool whip, Eagle Brand & Strawberries well in a large bowl, then add Lemon Juice last & mix it well (this will thicken the filling) Spoon the Filling equally into 2 graham cracker pie shell. least 1 hr before serving & Enjoy !!
