Vanilla Pancakes

<p>This is my family pancake recipe that my mother-in-law gave me over 25 years ago and I raised my boys on. The difference is that now with <span class="caps">GMO</span> free products and fresh eggs and raw milk I can eat them again after years of not being able to due to food allergies. I hope you enjoy them.</p> <p>This recipe can easily be double or tripled for a large family.</p>

Serves: Depends on the size of the pancakes - without doubling serves about 2 people.

1 cup unbleached organic flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt (can be reduced and still good)
1 farm raised gmo free egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp sugar
1 cup raw milk
1 Tbsp melted butter

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. beat the egg, milk, melted butter and vanilla extract in a small bowl then add to the dry ingredients
  3. Scoop or pour onto a hot griddle. Flip and serve when golden brown.
