Paris Arkansas Farmers Market:  New and Improved Market time and location!

Hello market family!

This is a special note to let you know about a few exciting changes!

We will be opening the market for orders on Thursdays now, allowing you more time to get those orders in….and we have changed the location of order pickups to Prestonrose Farm and Brewing Co!

This will open up a few things for folks…there will be additional items for sale at the farm during pickup times, including growler fills of farm fresh beer and other produce items picked that day! We will also have guest vendors from time to time selling in person at the farm—-so stay tuned!

We will also continue to have “popup” markets throughout the season, so when those occur you’ll have the chance to take part in those when you pick up your orders!

This is all part of an ongoing effort to bring more local goods to more people and build sustainable, happy communities among our local farms, families and friends. We hope to see you here at the farm and we thank you from the bottom of our wheelbarrows for going local!!!!

Please pass the word along to folks you may know who are interested in becoming customers or vendors through our market!

ALFN Local Food Club:  Market Reminder

The Cumming Harvest - Closed:  This Week at The Cumming Harvest

This Week

Happy Independence Day! I hope you all had a great 4th!

Culured Traditions is introducing a new product to the market called, Russian Dumplings. I’m excited to try these since they are similar to potstickers, which I love.
They also have a special on Dill Pickle Spears, only $6 for 32 oz.!

Check out this Awesome Sauce – Cultured Traditions made awesome Kimchi and had lots of beautiful brine left after packaging. It is a thick, spicy and very flavorful brine that still has chunks of napa cabbage in it! It is absolutely delicious on rice, meats, eggs and just as a dipping sauce. It is also a wonderful soup base. Just like our Kimchi the sauce is living and vibrant, full of naturally occurring probiotics, never heated, and as with all of our ferments, its flavor continues to evolve with time. Ingredients: Napa Cabbage, Cucumbers*, Daikon Radish*, Scallions*, Apples*, Onions*, Garlic*, Ginger*, Rice Flour*, Himalayan Pink Salt, Gochugaru Red Pepper Flakes, Sugar*

Carrell Farms & Buffalo Gal will deliver THIS WEEK.

Indian Creek Angus will deliver THIS WEEK.

Champaign, OH:  Shaking The Cobwebs

Yes, it’s just me letting you know that it’s not a Monday, it’s a Wednesday, and that means the market will close at 8am!

The holiday haze has left me forgetting that we are already in the middle of the week, so I thought maybe we could all use the reminder!

Go ahead, there is still time…

XOXO,
Cosmic Pam
