Step by Step Instructions
- Squeeze excess water from zucchini. Place in bowl and combine with cheese, flour, egg, salt and pepper
- Heat oil in skillet and place 3 Tablespoons of zucchini mixture, turn when browned.
- Cook till evenly browned. Serve with applesauce, sour cream, or green chilli jam
