Stir Fried Bacon-Onion Garden Beans

Ingredients
1 lb garden beans
1/2 package bacon cut in half and sliced in strips
1 small onion
1 pinch kosher salt
1 pinch cracked black pepper

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Heat skillet over medium heat and cook bacon to almost crispy.
  2. Add garden beans to skillet, stirring frequently.
  3. Add onion to skillet, cook till onions are translucent. Beans should still be somewhat crunchy.
  4. Sprinkle salt over beans in skillet and stir. Crack black peppercorns over skillet, toss and serve.
