Watermelon and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
Watermelon, sliced and cut into chunks
Tomatoes, either cherry tomatoes or cut into bite size pieces
Basil
or mint leaves
Onion, sliced thin and small
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
Feta Cheese, or similar
salt and pepper to taste

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Arrange the pieces of watermelon and tomato on a serving platter.
  2. Sprinkle with mint/basil leaves and red onion.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Crumble cheese on top. Finish with salt and pepper.
